Elizabeth was friendly, courteous, and quick with the service, and had helpful recommendations. Everything we tried was delicious. We shared bites of each other's plates, including the mushroom risotto, shrimp linguini, and waygu burger. We'll definitely come back, and hope to sit in Elizabeth's section again.

Melissa at the front desk was welcoming and kind, and Paige took great care of me. Paige was cheerful and patient as she talked me through the best dishes, then convinced me to try the prime rib benedict. It was so good! She was very sweet. Thanks to everyone for making the stay so comfortable.

I had a nice stay. Check-in was fast, the room was as expected, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Most had a positive attitude, especially Melissa, who was understanding and really helpful throughout my visit. Great work!

We got stuck in the elevator on the third floor on Feb 1st. We pressed the alarm and help button, but nobody spoke to us. The door and lobby buttons didn't do anything either. After almost 10 minutes, the elevator finally went down to the lobby, and no one came to check on us. We also ran into the repair man, who said nobody had called him. We told Raneisha and Que what happened. They had been so sweet when checking us in, and they were very sympathetic and kind afterward. They also comped the room, which is what kept us there. Raneisha and Que are such positive lights at the hotel, they deserve a raise.
