The room was clean and spacious, and the location has some downsides. It's far from fast-food places and awkward to get back to after going out for food. People seem to live at this property, which is fine, though it can get a little noisy. At this hotel there aren't trash cans by the elevators like at many others. I usually throw away breakfast trash near the elevator or in the hall, so one morning I left a bag outside my door before going to work, expecting housekeeping to collect it. After a long workday, someone I think was the manager knocked and said, “At my hotel I don't allow trash in my hallways, you need to throw away your trash at the dumpster outside in the back of the hotel.” I said okay, thinking they should mention this at check-in. She took the small bag and said she'd handle it this time. The photos I included show the hallway the next day.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, and the staff made us feel very welcome. It was an easy, peaceful stay, with a convenient location and everything we needed close by. I'd happily recommend it.

My room hasn't been cleaned in two weeks, and housekeeping always has excuses when I bring it up. Cat, one of the housekeepers, leaves trash behind and dirty sheets in the room. She seems really incompetent. I don't know how hard it is to clean a room. Heather at the front desk is amazing, though. She's always helpful and makes the best coffee. Keep up the great work, Heather.

I've been staying here since October of 2025, and my experience has been 100% positive. The staff are phenomenal, professional, and quick to help. When my daughter had a medical issue, I asked to move rooms so she could get into our space more easily, and they took care of it promptly. If you want a quiet place in Omaha's old mill area with easy interstate access, good nearby food, and shopping close at hand, this is a great option.
