The location made getting around Omaha fairly easy, since it’s near major intersections, and there are stores right next door in case you forgot something. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and happy to help however they could. This is a great hotel.

The lobby and rooms were clean, and I enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was good, though the bagels were rock hard, and I’m not sure they check or replace them. The mini fridge barely got cold, and its knob was missing, so I couldn’t turn it colder. I needed to refrigerate medication and ended up keeping it in the ice bucket during my stay.

The desk staff were great and accommodating, and moved me to a room with hot water. In Room 416, the water was only warm, not hot. It was 10 degrees outside, and after a full day in airports, I wanted a hot shower. Your stay here could be extremely disappointing. There’s a Hampton Inn nearby, which you may want to try instead.

Our first hotel stay as a family of six was a wonderful experience. We were there one night on 12/10/2024 after picking up relatives who had just flown in from LA. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, and we liked the Dove hygiene products. Staff at the front desk welcomed us and explained where things were and the hours for the amenities. Breakfast had a good buffet with options for everyone. It was also very convenient to have Target, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and a strip mall just a minute away. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to families or first-time hotel guests.

The gym had enough equipment for a good workout, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was delicious. Great hotel, definitely book here!
