Crowne Plaza Omaha Old Mill

I went to a seminar at the hotel and had lunch there. The food was cold, undercooked, and terrible. The hotel was clean, but customer service was lacking. After I left, I called to ask if they’d found a check I’d misplaced there. The person who answered said, “I really don’t have time for this,” then transferred me to a housekeeping voicemail. Very unprofessional, with no customer service. Good luck if you go there!
