The balcony was a lovely spot for breakfast or an evening look over the shoreline, and parking on the third floor made loading bags really easy. The living room and main bedroom were comfortable, and the unit was spacious and clean, with a spare room for 3 or 4 more guests. I stayed in Unit #320 from October 19 through October 22, and the price seemed reasonable. The people were friendly and communicative, though check-in felt oddly self-directed while ACP made it seem as if the front desk was handling it. There are two door-lock systems, the newer lock and the old lock box, which could confuse guests. A 4 pm check-in paired with a 10 am checkout felt strange, and 10 am is exceedingly early. The kitchen was usable, but several pans were scratched and some utensils looked like they hadn't been fully cleaned. I'd bring cooking utensils if planning meals with things from Skinner's Seafood. A couple of the bathtub drains seemed old, shower pressure was low, and the bath towels' quality was questionable, though there were enough for one person for 3-4 days without laundry. I couldn't work out the washer and dryer situation, and there was no measuring scoop for the detergent in the ziploc bag. I'd stay again.
