We had such a magical stay, and Diane was so friendly and welcoming. The clean log cabin had a fridge, burners for simple cooking, a grill, microwave, dinnerware, and Wi-Fi. Out front, we got to see and pet the sweet longhorns and baby goats. Turner Falls was only half a mile away. We loved it and are already planning to return for a summer tradition!

My family booked two cabins, and the bathrooms flooded in both after we showered. Water spread into the main sleeping area, then the toilets stopped working and leaked from their bases. I called the office three times with no answer, and eventually had to drive to a nearby gas station to use the restroom. There was also leftover food in the fridge when we arrived. I really didn't enjoy our stay.
We stayed in a hotel room, not a cabin, and it was adorable, very clean, and recently updated, including the sinks, shower, and heater/AC. The staff were so friendly. They let us check in early and stay an hour past checkout. It's within walking distance of Arbuckle wilderness and just minutes from ziplining and Turner falls. We'll absolutely be back.
Dog friendly, which is a huge plus. The place is a sleepy, rustic roadside motel, just like you'd expect from the old sign outside. Sitting on the porch and sharing the grilling area with sociable neighbors led to stories over beer and whiskey, plenty of laughs, and a few good friendships by Sunday morning. I don't know when we'll return, but why choose a Holiday Inn type place when you can have this kind of weekend? I might've given it six stars if it had a history of hauntings or dangerous criminals hiding from the law.
The peaceful location was lovely, with lots of stars at night and a great area for playing soccer. The cabin was decent, had cold air and a refrigerator, though the main sink leaked when turned on. If you're after a quick, affordable getaway, Canyon Breeze Motel in Davis, Oklahoma is a good choice. My family and I will be back!
