I still have my ownership, but the property has become completely derelict. Management has kept owners from accessing the units for 36 months, with no chance to use them. I've repeatedly tried to reach the holding company about formally surrendering my deed and haven't received a response. I want nothing more to do with the 'club sea oats or the property, and I'm looking for an immediate way out.

I can't share much about my last visit to CLUB SEA OATS, since it was more than three years ago. The place is in total disrepair, and we haven't been allowed to use our timeshares for at least three years. The holding company won't respond when we try to get rid of them. I've owned since 1999, but I have no interest in club seat seats anymore. They can have it.
