Shores Club 302 - Two Bedroom Condo

The residents are friendly and quick to help you get oriented, so it's easy to feel at home here whether you're renting for a weekend or a month. Every unit faces the ocean, and the beach access is secured. There's reserved parking in a garage, a heated saltwater pool, sauna, library, exercise room, new gas grills, commercial luggage carts and a clubhouse for big gatherings. With luxurious condos, amazing views and a car-free beach, this is my favorite place to stay in the Daytona Beach Area.

The views and rooms are beautiful, and I would love to come back once the work is finished. Construction was the big problem for us. This wasn't hurricane repair, it was remodeling with jackhammers and other extremely loud noise from about 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. Residents said it had been going on for a while, even though staff acted 'surprised' that we hadn't known. Plastic over the windows also kept us from enjoying the full 180 views. I'll return far in the future, when the construction isn't happening.

The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and we loved it. The ocean views were beautiful. We'd definitely stay again.

We stayed from July 28th to August 2nd. The room was beautiful and I loved the kitchen, but the Master Bathroom didn't work at all. With four adults and two children sharing the other bathroom for showers, it was pretty miserable. Also, watch out for the glass table in the living room if you have little ones. My grandson tripped and nearly hit his eye on a corner. The owner really needs to do something about that. Still, it was a nice place to rest, relax and enjoy the beach. It would have been much better if both bathrooms had been working.
