The view was lovely, and the resort was quiet. With my three kids, being so close to the beach and other amenities made it easy to get outside when they were eager to start the day. Check-in was simple, we felt safe, and the price was reasonable compared with other places offering a similar view and experience. We planned to spend most of our time outdoors, so it suited us well for the week. Our linens and bathroom were clean, and the air conditioner worked great. The only drawback was the shower, which had very low pressure and took a while to heat up. We were on the top floor, though, and I know not everything can be perfect.

We've stayed in this unit twice and come to the property five times now. It's in a great spot on the strip, close enough to walk to local activities but away from the noise. We appreciate having this affordable, beautiful place for our family when we visit our ERAU student. The building is older, but we keep seeing improvements each time we return.

The hospitality was okay, but for nearly $800, I expected a lot more. The shower didn't work well, the beds weren't very comfortable, and the dishes weren't properly clean. I couldn't even make coffee because the machine was dirty and still had a filter from the previous renters. The towels looked old, too. For such an inexpensive-feeling stay at that price, I hope they upgrade the rooms before I come back. This wasn't it.

The location is hard to beat and the people were friendly, but we found roaches and left for another hotel. I can't stay somewhere with roaches. The rooms are cute and small, though the area felt a little sketchy, so check for bugs.

The condos have either an efficiency layout or one bedroom, with a covered outdoor walkway by the entrance and a balcony facing the beach. There's a game room with foosball and pool tables, plus two swimming pools, one outdoors and one heated indoors. Laundry rooms are also available. Sea Dip Condominiums has a fabulous Daytona Beach location, with views of the Atlantic and sandy shore, and the main attractions, including the Slingshot amusement ride, are within walking distance.
