The pool and breakfast were both very good. Most interactions with staff were positive, the lobby was kept clean, and the private decks had great ocean views. There were several drawbacks. Lobby coffee was cold in the evening and had to be microwaved, though fresh hot coffee was brought out around 8 p.m. Once the breakfast area closed, drinking water in the lobby was only available to buy by the bottle. Rooms weren't serviced daily, and the only notice was a small note on the bathroom mirror. The rear entrance goes through the tiki bar and isn't wheelchair accessible because the ramp ends at two steps. The bar closed early, which also shut off that entrance early. Parking was very limited, as other reviews have said. The beach foot rinse barely trickled, so more pressure would help. Room key security was questionable too: we went to the wrong room once, and our key opened a nearby room with guests inside. For the cost, the value was questionable. There are so many options around that I'll likely try a different hotel next time. This place is showing its age.

The view was amazing from our sixth-floor balcony room, and the rooms were very clean. The front desk staff were great at check-in. Breakfast was disappointing, just a standard hotel breakfast, so we went to the nearby IHOP. We tried the tiki bar fire dinner but couldn't get service, so we went to Ford's Garage instead.

The rooms were so nice and clean, and I really liked the hardwood floors instead of carpet. The man at the front desk was super nice, and we enjoyed the hotel and its beach access. The price was great too. I really wanted to leave a good review, but the pool had white mold or something floating on top and wasn't usable at all. We had left Miami because of the rain, driven to sunny Daytona, and made the trip just to swim on our way home. I asked the front desk man if someone could clean it, and he said no because it was Sunday. Why offer a pool if it's that disgusting? Housekeepers were also yelling complaints in the hallway for about 30 minutes, loud enough to hear inside the rooms. It was a minor complaint, but still annoying.

Nicholas at the front desk gave us impeccable service. We were greeted with smiles and upgraded to an oceanfront view at check-in. The room was large, clean, and updated, with a beautiful view at this great beachfront location. We're here on business, but we'll be back soon to enjoy the oceanfront pool and tiki bar.

The location was great, and we really enjoyed the pool area and tiki bar. Our room was great, breakfast was good, and everyone we met was friendly. Fantastic hotel.
