We ended up booking at the place across the street through the same website and spent our money there. The woman at this motel's desk was extremely rude. She said there was no reservation without even asking my husband's name, then wanted him to pay her directly. We'd originally booked through a booking service for less than the $100 a night this crappy motel was asking.

We've stayed here plenty of times and plan to keep coming back whenever we're in town. I'm not sure whether ownership or management changed, but some things seem to have been updated, including the bedspread and dispensers for hand soap, body wash, and shampoo/conditioner. The bed was comfortable, and the shower got hot, though the pressure wasn't strong. It was enough to rinse off the soap. The same gentleman who checked me in was cleaning rooms the next morning. He apologized for the guests who arrived at midnight and were very loud. It wasn't his fault, but I appreciated him saying so.

The staff were polite, helpful, and nice, and the room was clean and roomy. The bed was really comfortable too. We'd be glad to recommend the place and come back.

The rooms are nice, but the service was awful. The cleaning ladies knock and then come right in without giving you time to answer the door.

I was here for work. The room was clean and did the job. It's not a five-star hotel, but the rates aren't five-star either.
