The Windsor Suites

We chose Windsor Suites while a family member was having extensive surgery in Philadelphia, and it was the right choice. The two-room apartment was spacious, in Center City, and had a kitchenette where we could manage day-to-day needs while making daily trips to the nearby hospital. The staff were accommodating about everything, including changes to checkout times and requests that came up along the way. They helped with our daily needs and were also compassionate and emotionally supportive during a sensitive time for our family. The accommodations and care made a difficult period more comfortable. We'd recommend the hotel for an extended stay.

We loved the 14th-floor suite and its amazing view. The property was very clean, and its restaurant, bar, and pool were well maintained. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout, and the atmosphere felt polished but relaxed. Valet parking was convenient, and the area felt safe. Stores and restaurants are close enough to walk to, so getting around without a car was easy. We had a wonderful stay, and I'd absolutely return and recommend this hotel.

The price was reasonable, especially for what was included. Our room was surprisingly spacious, with a small kitchen and cozy dining nook that made for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent for getting around, and the employees were helpful and friendly the whole time. Highly recommend!

The room looked great, was very clean, and had balcony access. My only issues were that the TV stopped working on our last night, leaving a black screen no matter what we tried, so I signed into my YouTube. Then on the morning we checked out, the bathroom sink wouldn't get hot. I let it run for a few minutes, knowing some sinks take time to warm up when it's cold outside, but it never did.
