The staff are what made this feel like a real community to me. Between the front desk, leasing, and maintenance teams, you get to know people personally, which is hard to find in a big city. The building's amenities are great too, from the clean, functional gym to the welcoming social lounge. The Franklin Residences is the best place I've lived so far, and I've had no problems in all my years here. If you're able to live or stay here, I'd highly recommend it. It’ll make your Philly experience that much better, and you won't regret it.

This was my third visit to The Franklin, and every stay has been fantastic. I came back for a weekend run and, once again, it didn't disappoint. Julio and the team are always friendly and helpful, the suites are clean and comfortable, and the service is top notch. Thanks to the Franklin crew for making every visit such a good one!

During the hardest time in my life, the staff at The Franklin were caring and knowledgeable. They helped me feel safe and secure. It was like having a home away from home.

We lived at Frankin Residences in 2020 and still miss the place. It was amazing, with great service, and the front desk and maintenance teams were always ready to help. A great place to live if you need an apartment in Center City.
