We had to find a nearby hotel after the front desk cancelled my reservation while I stood there. I booked online using Friends & Family, but had chosen the wrong code. We had driven 3.5 hours, and the F/B lady at the desk showed no compassion or willingness to help. She expected me to pay almost double the price quoted online for one night. I tried explaining what happened, but she didn't care. My sister, who works there, called, and they lied to her and hung up. They made no effort to fix the issue or accommodate us. Luckily, my sister and I found another Marriott location willing to honor her discount.

The hotel itself was fine, but check-in wasted time. They wouldn't send a mobile key, so everyone still has to stop at the front desk and verify information they already have. They should bring their standards up to date.

It would help my travel budget if I could get the exact total for the whole stay upfront. On the first day, I was told the amount to pay for X nights, and I checked that it covered that number of nights. The staff said yes. A week later the hotel withdrew another amount. At the desk, I was told they'd only been able to take payment for the first week on day one, so they collected the rest then. I understood that explanation, but noticed yet another transaction on a different day. These charges every other day are confusing. I've never had this happen at a hotel before.

Angie put me at ease from our first conversation through our last one. She and the ENTIRE staff made sure the accessible room was safe and top drawer for my mom. The maintenance crew worked tirelessly to secure the grab bars, and Mom felt so safe and supported. Thank you, from the Buchanan family.
