Studio 6 Deer Park, TX

Chris was very professional, and the staff were great. They made sure I was comfortable and put me close to the laundry site so I could feel safe while washing. Everyone was helpful, and the place was very nice and clean.

The rooms were well equipped, affordable, and conveniently located. But after seeing a roach on the floor, I checked more closely and found brown widow spiders under both beds. There were lots of webs and egg sacs, including some attached to the underside of the mattress. I saw the same thing in two rooms. The front desk said they’d take care of it, but when I came back that evening, it was clear nothing had been done. The hotel had a lot of potential, so I’m extremely disappointed.

Chris, the manager, called me, and I appreciated it. He called again for a third update. He was nice, though something seemed a bit off, and his view or facts about that night seemed distorted. To be clear, I rented the corner room beside the banquet room, and I felt like I saw someone in my room while I was in the shower. Chris said he watched the cameras and didn’t see me go outside at all. I’m not sure why he told me all that. Still, he’s a nice guy. I gave five stars for friendship and loyalty.

The front desk guy was very nice and gave great service. The rooms are affordable, quiet, and pet friendly, and the property was clean. My husband expected it to be run-down on the way over, but he was pleasantly surprised by the room and how clean everything was. He loved it. I’ll come back again.
