They canceled my reservation just three hours before check-in, leaving me stranded with my two small children during spring break. I spent six hours straight trying to find somewhere for the night, and everything was either booked or overpriced. They did nothing to help accommodate my family. The property manager and Owner both refused to answer when I called over and over. What kind of company treats guests this way? It feels like a scam if they can cancel at the last minute and leave families with children stuck. This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve had, and I’ll report them to the BBB.

Loved the check-in process. This is a cute little studio, only a 2-3 minute walk from the ocean. It’s close to everything, and Deerfield pier and the restaurants are about a 10-15 minute walk away. I’d stay again.

After a late flight into Fort Lauderdale, we made a last-minute choice to stay here. The room is efficient, with a really comfortable bed that was much appreciated after a long day. Free WiFi and the kitchenette are better than what some high-end hotels offer. I’d come back.

I work in the Hospitality Industry, so I have to say this place is well kept and the management knows what they're doing. It’s about 200 steps from the front door to the beautiful sunny Florida ocean. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.
