Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin/Cedar Park-Lakeline

I’ve stayed here many times, for different occasions and different lengths of work trips. The staff are friendly, and management has always kept a professional team together across housekeeping, maintenance, and ownership. Thank you so much.

It was a busy hotel, yet really quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and I’d happily come back. A great place to stay if you don’t need to be downtown.

My husband and I stayed six nights for a work trip. On the third day I went to ask for water, and the front desk guy said I could buy a bottle for $3.00. They only give free water at check-in, apparently. We bought our own elsewhere. I’m a Diamond member, and this is the only Hilton I’ve stayed at with that policy. When we checked out in the morning, we found the back passenger window of our vehicle shattered and the vehicle broken into. I reported it at the front desk and was told to file a police report. Nobody offered a trash bag or help covering the window, and they acted like they didn’t care. We learned six other vehicles had their windows shattered too, all trucks. There are no cameras outside, and the parking lot is dark. If you drive a truck, don’t stay here. I wanted to give five stars, but they didn’t earn it.

We were in town for a family event a few weeks ago and had a very good stay. It’s an incredibly convenient spot, close to lots of businesses and right by a major highway for easy access. The room was comfortable and clean, and the kitchenette was nice too.
