Hampton Inn Boca Raton-Deerfield Beach

I picked this hotel for a work function based on earlier reviews. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the free breakfast was very good. There were lots of work vans in the parking lot, as other reviews had mentioned, since utility workers and contractors seem to stay here. The dining area needs more frequent cleaning after breakfast: the tables were sticky, crumbs and food were on the floor, and the trash bins need replacing.

I arrived at 11 at night without a reservation because of a family member's medical emergency, and I didn't know how long I'd need to stay, so I extended it one day at a time. Melissa and Robert were kind and understanding during a difficult stretch. They went out of their way to make sure my husband and I were comfortable and had what we needed. The room was comfortable, and housekeeping was perfect. I'll absolutely stay there again when I return.

The check-in gentleman greeted me with a smile and asked if I was a Hilton rewards member. He helped locate my account because he wanted me to get the points. Check-in was easy, and he gave me complimentary snacks and room 213. It was clean, nice, and looked out over the pool. We had no complaints. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including waffles, oatmeal, biscuits, and muffins, much better than the basics. I stayed overnight with my significant other and had a great time. I'd stay again.

My room stayed spotless, with housekeeping keeping it just as tidy as when I first arrived. The pool was sparkling and inviting, and breakfast each morning was hot, fresh, and satisfying. Hampton Inn's staff were attentive and welcoming from the start, and I felt right at home. For comfort, cleanliness, and genuine care, I'd highly recommend it.
