Daleisha and Stephanie at breakfast were wonderful. They greeted everyone with big smiles and good mornings, kept wiping down the stations, and checked in with guests. When they noticed my hands were full, they even made sure I got onto the elevator safely. Their customer service impressed me so much that I’m willing to give the hotel another chance. The room was okay, and I liked having space for my kids, but the upgrades seemed rushed. There was also a dirty sock left behind, which made me wonder about the room’s cleanliness. The front desk clerk did keep the floors clean.

The breakfast staff were especially gracious. We showed up two minutes before closing, which was our fault, but they still encouraged us to get what we wanted. Thank you to the food service team. The hotel is newer, clean, and easy to reach from I-40. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, even though we could hear thunder during some rough weather. The temperature varied from the entry to the far end of the room. Also, the toilet kept running for 5-10 minutes after each flush because its valve didn’t seal. I told the front desk, and they put in a work order. All in all, a very pleasant and peaceful stay.

The bed was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had what we needed. But the breakfast area carpet was stained, and the new wallpaper was already peeling. There was an odd smell in our room, though the Febreze I brought helped. It was okay, just not up to what I usually expect from Marriott.

The front desk staff were great, professional and helpful. The rooms were another story. We changed rooms three times for different problems, including a mattress where I could feel the springs and a toilet that still didn’t work after maintenance said it was fixed. I ended up seeing five rooms total, and one had white circular drips on the sofa. We finally landed in a room where the beds felt like wooden boards were under them. I was in OKC for a funeral, and this stay made an already hard trip worse. Very disappointing and uncomfortable, even with a great front desk team.
