Baymont Inn & Suites Delaware

The staff were kind and kept the breakfast items out a few minutes after the posted end time for me. I needed to arrive several hours before regular check-in, and they worked with me. The room was comfortable, the bathroom a bit cramped, and the whole place felt quiet and relaxed. Breakfast is free, and the indoor pool was neither cold nor particularly warm.

I’m here pretty often and have never run into a problem. The rooms are clean, everyone’s friendly, and they always make me feel welcome. Nikki at the desk is especially kind and helpful, with a lovely smile every time. It really does feel like coming home. Thanks to all of you!

The breakfast had good coffee and juice, but it was all carbs otherwise, with no egg option. Our reservation had been made weeks ahead, yet the king room we booked wasn't available. They moved us to two queens without lowering the price. The hot tub was out of order, and the pool was barely lukewarm. The pool room was so chilly that swimming wasn't comfortable.

The women at the desk were helpful and very nice when I asked for extra towels. The room itself was dirty when we arrived, with hair on the bathroom floor and beside the bed, and black marks on the towels. The phone didn't work, the bathroom fan was broken, and the AC rattled loudly all night. Breakfast was mixed: the waffles and coffee were good, but the eggs, sausage, and juice were awful. There isn't an elevator, so getting things upstairs takes several trips.
