The beach here is hard to beat, and the point is amazing at low tide. The place itself, though, is pretty bare-bones. Outside, it's run down, the landscaping needs trimming, and there's a pile of things people left behind that probably needs to be thrown out. Inside was pretty dirty too, with dust on the walls and under the furniture. They leave a Shark vacuum but no broom, and sand builds up on the deck and stairs during the week. It would be nice to be able to keep up with it. The listed shower is really just the tub in the pictures, where you stand and hold the shower head while washing your hair and body. We used the ground-level outdoor shower instead, since that felt more like a real shower and had hot water. The outdoor furniture is awful, there's nowhere to sit on the sand, and the chairs on the top deck are falling apart. There's only a Kuerig, no regular coffee maker, and no dishwasher, so bring regular dish soap because they don't supply it. None of the bedroom windows have curtains. If the absolute bare necessities are enough for you, you'll love it here.
