We needed a room because our AC at home wasn't working, but for $100 theirs wasn't working either. Then we found a dirty sock under the bed and had to switch rooms at 11:45pm with sleeping kids and a terrified dog. They treated us like we were an inconvenience. Pay the extra 10 or 20 dollars and get a better hotel room!

We travel to this location almost every year, sometimes booking 3-4 rooms, and even extended this stay by two more days. So I was really disappointed to be charged for a second room we never used. Our airline delay meant we didn't arrive until 1am, after booking through booking.com. At check in, we were given two keys, and one wouldn't open the room we thought we'd booked. The key still didn't work when we went back to the desk. We only learned the next morning that the keys were for two rooms, and we'd been charged for both that night. The desk attendant said she'd talk to the manager about removing the extra charge, but it was never dropped. We believe this came from a glitch with the booking system, and we never used that second room.

I've stayed here many times over the past 20+ years and will be back. The location was very convenient for my visit, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the grounds were clean. I could safely walk by the dogs. As a cancer survivor, I need a ground floor room because there's no elevator, and they've always been wonderful about accommodating me.

The place was disgusting. The floor hadn't been vacuumed, it smelled of rotten food and mold, and the bed made me itchy. The guy at the front desk was as ignorant as could be. To top it off, they wouldn't refund me even though I'd been there not even 45 minutes!
