The grounds were quiet and well cared for, and the apartment was tidy. Check-in directions were clear, and the location suited us perfectly. Whenever we needed anything, we could send a text and get prompt service. We had a wonderful vacation at the Berkshire on the Ocean and would love to return someday.

Our room was clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. We stayed at Berkshire by the Ocean for 3 nights and loved it. The staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. Daniel Vasquez in the office helped us check in and gave us the information we needed to enjoy the area. His warm manner set a lovely tone for the visit. Ian, the houseman, was attentive and ready to help, including with extra towels and beach chairs that made our beach days even better. We love this place and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend it for a relaxing, well-managed stay near the beach!

The apartment-style place was comfortable, with smooth check-in and checkout. Beach access and the pool were great, and the beach was beautiful. We’d happily stay here again.

I spent a week here and left feeling rested and rejuvenated. The condo was just right and stocked with everything I needed. The staff were very friendly, promptly available, and ready to help. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for, the pool is ideal, and the beach is always perfect, only a few steps away. Berkshire On The Ocean, I’ll be back next year for sure!
