Quality Inn Delta

We arrived late and were welcomed by a warm atmosphere as soon as we walked in. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. Parking was plentiful, which made things easier, and we felt safe here with our family. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was neatly made, and the AC kept things comfortable overnight for me, my wife, and our toddler son. We'd stayed at two other hotels over the previous couple of days, and this was by far where we slept best. Great experience, and we'd stay again.

A nice little hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and breakfast in the morning. They also offer free day passes for the nearby rec center. I'd stay here again if I come back to Delta.

This place has potential given its location, but the service left me frustrated. After checking in last night, I got quarters from the front desk to do laundry, but both vending machines were broken. The person at the desk seemed put out about returning my money and didn't try to help me find detergent. Washing costs $4.00 and drying is $2.00. Back in my room, the shampoo was almost empty and the conditioner was completely dry.

The biggest issue was how much noise came through the paper-thin walls. I heard people on the second floor and on both sides, including lots of noisy kids. They seem to put kids next to couples instead of grouping them in one section. The manager was unresponsive, and I think this place should be at least $30 less per night. We booked a week in September and should've booked one night so we could leave. Check-in started with a sourpuss at the front desk, though the other desk staff were fine. Internet was spotty, breakfast was so-so, and guys were hanging out in front drinking and smoking.
