The owners were very nice, and the room was clean. That’s about all I can say in its favor. The bed was really uncomfortable, and the sheets and pillowcases felt just as cheap as the towels, which were like drying off with sandpaper. The walls are so thin you can hear other guests clearly. I had to get earplugs at a gas station just to sleep. It’s an old, small motel, and everything feels like the lowest quality. I can’t understand how it has a rating over 4 stars. Worst motel I’ve ever stayed in.

The owners are super friendly and helpful, and they take good care of the place. Their plants around the parking area and in reception are gorgeous. Rooms are clean and spacious, with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, and there’s plenty of parking. It’s a family-owned motel that offers good value and comfort, and they make sure you feel welcome. It’s a hotel building, but it’s well cared for. The location is handy for downtown Delta and outdoor activities like hiking and fishing.

The owner stayed open late so we could get there, and the location was really convenient. My wife’s first reaction was, “It’s clean,” which from her means spotless. We were very comfortable during our stay and recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

I’ve stayed here a few different times while working as a travel nurse across the parking lot at Willow Tree Care center. The rooms are quiet and great, with a fridge and microwave. It’s family owned, and you can tell they take pride in what they offer. I love this place and would come back if I’m in the area again.

I just needed somewhere clean, comfortable, and safe to reset and get a rental car ready to return before catching the train in the morning. After weeks visiting friends in the mountains, the high hotel prices I saw online in Grand Junction made this sweet place a real find. The owner greeted me, a nice, fun loving man, with his wife’s well cared for orchids around him. The Value Inn is a rare gem, a family run business that aims to please. I am Mary, and I’m looking forward to coming back with my partner, Ken.
