The second room had no running water, hair around the sink, and a light dangling from its cord. We were told a water line had been hit and repairs were coming, but there was still no water at 10:30 PM, more than three hours after we checked in at 7:16 PM. We asked for a refund and left. We'd already been moved there after the first room had rat droppings, stained bedding, roaches, and a strong cigarette odor. The front desk said it was their busiest day and they might not have another room. They moved us only after we asked for a refund. Four days later, we still haven't received it. Don't stay here.

The man at the counter was very nice and refunded us, so we left. We had booked after seeing breakfast listed online, but learned they haven't served it since COVID. Why is it still on Google? The room was no good. There was mold in the bathroom, a musty smell, and the air conditioner was squealing. We had stopped in and made a reservation based on what we saw online.

The room was simple and roomy, with basic amenities that all worked. The non-carpet flooring helped it feel cleaner, and housekeeping deserves credit for how clean everything was. The front desk gentleman was helpful, and check-in was quick. Booking through the Wyndham app was easy, too. Its location is convenient off Interstate 4 at exit 108 in Deltona, Florida. Weekend rates are reasonable, and Orlando and Daytona Beach are about 40+ minutes away. The rear parking area can fit a large box truck or a pickup with a trailer. Gas station, Waffle House, and McDonald's are all within a five minute walk.

The room for my 20 allotted days was disgusting. Dust and something sticky covered the air vents, the filter was full and we had to clean it, and dirt and all kinds of stuff were rolling down the wall, even though it was a smoking room. It's hard to understand the difference when the upgraded poolside room for shorter stays has new tile floors and furniture and is very spacious. Looking at the two rooms, you'd think they were in separate hotels. If you have to stay here, ask for a poolside view. The owners seem not to care much. There's no laundry on site, despite the website saying there is and showing a washer and dryer. The pictures of picnic tables and hammocks show a lovely grassy area, but in reality the grass is up to my butt. For the money, it's not worth it.

The blankets looked used, there was hair left by previous occupants, and the shower had only one weak setting. There was also mold in the shower and on the ceiling, which was especially concerning. The room's overall condition raised serious cleanliness and maintenance concerns and made this one of the worst stays I've had. I hope management fixes these problems promptly, or closes the hotel altogether. I won't stay here again or recommend it.
