My favorite part is the cushy bed and the super soft sheets. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff is accommodating. They also leave two bottles of water, plus a coffee maker, microwave, TV and fridge. There's even a couple of Little Debbie honey buns for a morning snack. We love this little motel.

On my coast-to-coast bike trip, this has been my best motel stay by far, and a great value. The new owners are working hard on remodeling, and the rooms are clean, quiet, and nicely furnished. They clearly care about guests and customer service. I'd highly recommend it if you're staying around Deming.

We come through town every year, and have found our place to stay. The owner took cash, which no other hotel or motel would accept, and made us feel safe and welcome. The new owners are friendly and down to earth, and the freshly renovated room was clean, with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, a well-lit vanity, and a deep closet. There was also a mini fridge, microwave, alarm clock, and smart TV with streaming apps, so I could easily put on my favorite Netflix series to fall asleep. I appreciated the breakfast treats for a quick bite on the go. Thank you to the owners for caring about your guests and giving us such a good night's sleep. We'll stay here whenever we're in town.

We got in around midnight, and the guy was friendly and checked us in right away. The place was spotless, from the beds to the showers and sinks. There's also a safe place to park your vehicle.

We stopped here on the way to Rio Rancho. It was quiet, really cheap, and the room had a king bed, a good TV with lots of channels, and free Wi-Fi. The woman at the desk was super nice. On the downside, the desk area smelled like cigarette smoke, there was no phone, and the pool was empty, though luckily it had been heated. The smoke detector was detached, the AC barely worked, and the old furniture could use remodeling. I'd stay again, but my wife wouldn't.
