Great spot right by the highway, and the night-shift clerk was extremely kind and helpful despite having very limited supplies. She even gave my wife a band-aid from her own things when a sharp broken piece of plastic on the drapes cut her hand. There was no first aid kit. Management later gave us a full refund and owned the mistake, which we appreciate. Accountability matters to us, and the clerk deserves recognition for her empathy and kindness. The problem was that they gave away our prepaid room without telling us. After a 10-hour drive from NV, we arrived at midnight with two dogs and two people, and were put in a single-bed room with a pullout couch that had no cushion, sheets, or pillows. Call ahead if you book, and look before touching things.

The indoor pool was lovely, with lots of windows and a view of the sunset. Our room was comfortable and had a nice armchair. The front desk staff were friendly, and we chatted about earrings and the pool water temperature. Looking forward to stopping again on our next cross-country trip.

We drove more than 14 hours from LA for an event after having our reservation for quite a while, only to find they'd given our room to someone else. We travel two or three times a month and this has never happened at another hotel. It happened here at Holiday Inn. I even contacted corporate, but they wouldn't do anything. Save your time and money and book somewhere else. This place isn't worth it.

The location is great, and I especially want to thank Adrianna for her service. She was kind and immediately helped me fix a mistake I made while booking my reservation. She deserves a raise.
