Quality Inn Deming

Rooms are nice, quiet, and really clean. There's also a great breakfast in the morning with chatty ladies, lol. For dinner there's a great little Restaurant called the Lazy Lizard, and I get the ribs. It's one of the best Motels on the 10 freeway, exactly halfway between San Diego and San Antonio. If you don't like this place, I don't know what to tell you.

I come through here for work as a pilot car pretty often, and this is the spot. The room rate is good, it's spacious and super clean, and they have a smoking room. Every smoker knows it's hard to find a nice smoking room. Simon at the front desk was really nice, got me checked in quickly, and even gave my service animal a little treat bag. I got one too, haha! There's a restaurant and bar, plus breakfast. I'll definitely be back.

DOT, the breakfast waitress, was the best part of our stay. She was so friendly and sweet, made sure everything was okay, and we came back because we liked her company. The breakfast was good, and the front desk was very nice and accommodating. We've stayed there over a Saturday-to-this-morning weekend, leaving around two, and a couple weeks before that we had the same room on the second floor, which we like. The whole staff was very friendly, and we'll return when we're passing through.

The staff were pleasant, which was the only positive for me. My door didn't close automatically, and the tub was closed off with water in it. The bathroom area had low lighting, and I wasn't sure the sheets were clean because they looked slept in. There are no elevators, so this isn't a place for people with different abilities. I wouldn't recommend it, but I was too tired to move on.
