Ants ended up biting us all over, and the owner offered no help. We also got locked out when our keys stopped working, and nobody was at the front desk to help. That made us late to our event, and my daughter nearly had an accident in the lobby. From the start, they hadn't provided sheets for the pullout bed, and apparently had no extra pillows either, even though the people staying in our room were on the reservation. I asked the desk for them, but they never came. I was charged $1,080 for two nights when the total was supposed to be $540. When I asked the owner, Kate, about it, she just shook her head and said there was nothing she could do. Other guests were also questioning their charges during our stay. I'm contacting the hotel's corporate office about the room and service, and have pictures of the ants and the empty front desk. I'd stay away from this place and the Surestay next door, which they also own. The owner showed no accountability and seemed interested only in making money without providing proper service.

The breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and good quality, and our room was clean, smelled nice, and had everything we needed plus a little more. The staff were kind and attentive, too. It may cost a bit more than the cheaper motels, but I thought it was worth it. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back to the area.

The room is big and clean, but that bed is awful. It's rock hard, the pillows are tiny and flat, and my whole body feels beaten up. I slept maybe two or three hours last night and am dreading having to 'sleep' here for one more night.

Be careful booking here. I cancelled 30 hours ahead and was still charged as a no-show. Monica at the hotel confirmed that I had cancelled and said she'd credit my card, but 11 hours later the credit still hadn't come through. She was rude and hung up without even saying goodbye. The staff seem incompetent.

The staff were really nice, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The showers had warm water, too.
