Mack took the time to find out what kind of food I liked and point out places within walking distance, which mattered since I was driving a CMV. He was personable and seemed to genuinely care about making my stay comfortable. I felt warmly and enthusiastically welcomed, which is huge to me. The hotel and room were so clean my shoes squeaked on the floor. The room looked new, the AC worked great, and the bed was so cozy and comfortable, with blankets and great pillows. I never worried about bugs or anything else. I'll stay here again if I'm ever in Baton Rouge.

We stopped here recently on our way back from GA to TX, and the place felt new and was so clean. The bed was honestly the best I've ever slept on. My wife and I even talked about staying another night just for the sleep, if we hadn't needed to hurry home for an appointment. We'll be back. Great job, Days Inn!! Best regards, Ken Gardner

Everything else was comfortable and fine, but I had two issues. Breakfast was only a couple of things, and every time I went for coffee there wasn't any. We asked them to make some, but they still didn't, which was disappointing because I need my coffee. I also paid for late checkout, yet they kept knocking and telling us to leave. The girl at the desk the night before had put it on the wrong room. After I explained a second time that we'd paid for late checkout, they stopped bothering us.

There were several places to eat nearby, plus shopping, and the location was convenient. The price was great compared with the other hotels I checked. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

It's just off the highway and close to Bass Pro Shop. My room was very clean, and the place was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
