The rooms were well kept, so housekeeping deserves a mention too. But Claire at reception really stood out. She was kind and easy to talk with, and honestly the nicest receptionist I've had at any hotel. I'm used to getting rude service, so this was a welcome change.

Bryan always greets me with a smile and a laugh when I come in. Even when he's busy, he makes time to talk and will stop what he's doing to help. It makes each visit about 20 times more enjoyable.

The rooms were very clean, and I loved the lemon soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Breakfast was delicious too, especially the scrambled eggs, fresh yogurt, and waffles. The hot chocolate was outstanding. Ariana and Monicais was friendly, helpful, and quick to restock anything that ran out.

The toilet paper setup was a funny little quirk: the roll was far from the toilet, and it even had a little "toilet paper hat" on it. Apart from that, everything was satisfactory and as expected, including breakfast and the accommodations. The staff were nice, the rooms clean, and the beds comfortable. I'd consider staying here again when I'm in the area.
