We booked the Dome 1 tent, but the AC didn't work, and we were sweating inside. We contacted the property manager, “Poorvesh,” who asked whether the AC was set to “cold.” I sent him a photo to show that it was. After waiting three hours in the heat with children, we were offered a refund. We accepted, packed up, and left. Six days later I contacted Poorvesh, and he refused to provide the promised refund. What a scam. A waste of time and money.
A great, peaceful place!
We had to leave early because the property wasn't as described and several problems came up right from arrival, including a toilet that didn't work. I tried repeatedly to reach the host, but nothing was done to fix the issues. I booked through Booking.com, and they couldn't effectively help or resolve the situation either. Then the host messaged me asking for a positive review, as if our experience hadn't happened. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional, and there was no refund. I wouldn't recommend this property.
