The owners’ care shows in the little breakfast baskets and in how welcoming the whole place feels. Sesuit Harbor House is an older Cape Cod motel, but it’s so well looked after that it feels special. Everything was spotless and inviting, with a great pool, lawn games, goats out back, and a fire pit each night. The Dennis location worked perfectly for exploring beaches, restaurants, and the mid-Cape. We’d be happy to return.

We spent time by the pool, visiting the goats, and relaxing around the big fire pit during our 10/10 stay at Sesuit Harbor House. The room was spotless, the beds very comfortable, and the staff friendly, professional, and welcoming. It was a one of a kind experience, and we’ll definitely be back. I’d highly recommend it. For happy hour, their other property, Chapter House, has elegant cocktails.

We loved the pool, evenings around the fire pit, and the goats. Goatlandia is such a fun touch. Our room was spotless and super comfortable, and everything smelled fresh and clean. Phil and Silvia made us feel welcome right from arrival and clearly go out of their way to help guests feel at home. The property is beautiful and peaceful, with lots of space to relax. You can tell it’s a family-run place that people take pride in. Try Grumpy’s for breakfast. I’d recommend Sesuit Harbor House for a laid-back Cape Cod getaway, and we’ll definitely be back.

We stayed at Sesuit over the 4th of July, and the kids loved breakfast and getting to see the goats. The pool was a great place to relax after a beach day, and our two energetic boys had a blast running around and exploring the property. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. What makes Sesuit special is the community. Lots of families return year after year, and we’ve been lucky to form lasting friendships during our stays. It’s a place we look forward to coming back to.

We’ve stayed here three times, and it’s wonderful. The owners and team have clearly put thought and care into making the Sesuit a lovely place to spend time. It’s set up perfectly for kids. My daughter loved swimming in the pool, visiting the goats, playing yard games, and exploring the fairy garden.
