The patio and courtyard were nice, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. Staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, though we did have some TV issues. The pool was smaller than I pictured, and the hot tub was out of order despite being advertised. There wasn't any hotel coffee, even in the morning. The only option was coffee you had to buy at the hotel restaurant, which was disappointing. Everyone, everywhere offers coffee and tea, even when there's a restaurant in the hotel. Do better.

The location made things easy, with restaurants, shops, and the highway nearby. The lobby and shared spaces felt inviting, and the on-site bistro worked well for grabbing a quick bite or coffee. Staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was just right after a long day. It was quiet and well maintained, too. A smooth, stress-free stay at Courtyard by Marriott – Denton, TX. I'd book here again when I'm in Denton.

Getting back onto the interstate was quick since the Courtyard in Denton is just off it. The staff were great and helpful, and the hotel was very nice. The room could use some upgrades, though, and during my visit the water pressure seemed low and wallpaper was peeling in a few spots. I'd stay again when I'm in town.

Michelle made the best hot toddy, and the Starbucks barista was very good. The breakfast options you can buy were good, too. Best hotel bar we've seen at a Courtyard by Marriott.

The worst part of my stay was the attitude from one staff member aimed straight at a customer. Never thought I'd find a place offering that kind of service without looking for it. Curious where? Go past the bistro and look for a bleach blonde gentleman with crunchy hair. Ask for something and you may get sass, your request ridiculed, and bile thrown your way. He also badmouthed me to other customers. I was charged twice and got no apology, just a claim or perhaps a bout of forgetfulness. When I asked to split the check, he said he didn't know how and threatened to walk off and leave me there because he was too stressed. Don't miss this remarkable display of customer service, or you'll regret it. Cheers!
