Our April 2026 wedding at BCI (The Boulders) was magical, and we wish we could do it all over again. We stayed on the BCI property, which I highly recommend, and the getting-ready suites were perfect. The mountain views over Rocky Mountain National Park are breathtaking. Most of our family came from the East Coast, NC and NY, and they were in awe of the venue. I’d been comparing every other location to BCI, and nothing came close. Amber coordinated for us, and Angela from The Perfect Touch was our planner. They both knew the venue inside and out, so the process felt seamless and stress-free. Food, beverages, tables, and linens were included and beautifully executed. There were also fun add-ons like a photo booth, lawn games, propane heaters, and champagne walls, which made it easy to personalize the day. Everything ran flawlessly, with the whole staff keeping the energy high all night. Gilberto was especially incredible. Black Canyon Inn made our dream wedding a reality.

Anna was an amazing wedding coordinator. Before the wedding she was communicative, punctual, thoughtful, and kind, and always made sure my wife and I felt comfortable, informed, and cared for. On the day, she checked on us constantly, made sure we needed for nothing, and helped our family and guests feel at home. She went above and beyond, and by the end we felt like we’d gained a friend. The property and outdoor views are gorgeous, and the food and professionalism were 10/10. We truly can’t recommend Black Canyon Inn enough. They’ll make sure you, your partner, and your guests have a day you won’t forget. Thank you Boulders at Black Canyon Inn!

Anna, our venue coordinator, was incredible. Her advice before and during the ceremony was invaluable, and all her behind-the-scenes work at the ceremony and reception helped everything go smoothly. She made our day so much better. The venue is sized to hold up to 200 people and has beautiful scenery for the ceremony. The reception went smoothly, the food was absolutely incredible, and the staff were professional and responsive. We could tell they wanted to make it perfect. Black Canyon Inn Wedding Venue was professional and proactive all the way through planning, which made organizing the wedding much easier than at a typical venue.

We attended a family event at Black canyon inn with over 100 guests. Corrine was so hospitable to our child, who is on the spectrum. We felt seen and heard, and I’ll always be grateful to her and the whole staff. It was a beautiful venue with amazing service, and the staff went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back for a visit. May you all be blessed always.

Anna’s coordination made the whole wedding weekend easy and seamless, and guests told us how well timed the events were and how good the food was. We held everything onsite: most guests stayed in the condos and suites, the rehearsal dinner and day-after brunch were at the Homestead, and the ceremony and reception were at the Boulders. Black Canyon Inn, especially Anna, made our wedding day perfect. HIGHLY recommend :)
