Hampton Inn & Suites Denton

The room looked nice and breakfast was good, but the beds were some of the worst I’ve slept on. Two people couldn’t sleep because they were so hard and uncomfortable. The pillows weren’t great either, though manageable. The front desk staff basically ignored our complaints. They said all the beds were the same and just said, “Sorry.” They could have offered us another room, but didn’t. The maids didn’t speak any English, so we couldn’t ask for extra blankets to pad the beds. Our room was by the elevators and the maids’ closet, so it was noisy, though I could have put up with that if the beds weren’t so bad. A sitting area would have been nice too. I won’t stay at another Hampton because of this.

I’ve been staying at this Hampton in Denton, TX, for three weeks, and Vinit at the front desk has gone beyond what I expected for customer service and professionalism. Every time he sees me, he greets me as Mr Mueller, and that personal touch goes a long way. Go see Vinit in Denton, the future owner of hotels in the near future! Keep up the great work!

The big comfy bed and being able to watch HBO max made for a very comfortable stay. It’s also really cool that they put so many free snacks in the room. I only wish there were a warm light we could leave on early in the morning, and that breakfast started at 6 every day. It’s Saturday and I’m an early riser, and I’m starving. Other than that, amazing stay. Thanks!

The overnight gentleman went way beyond expectations. He was incredibly helpful and helped turn a very long, difficult day into one that ended well. Good people are hard to find, and I wish I’d caught his name so I could give him a shout-out. The facilities were clean and well designed, in a good location just off 1-35 in a safe area, all things considered. Road construction nearby on the feeder road could be a hassle, but the hotel’s location offers an alternate route around it. Everyone on staff was friendly.
