Days Inn & Suites Denver International Airport

I finished check-in online, then called the desk on their toll-free number when I had a couple of questions after arriving. The check-in itself was quick, and the staff were friendly and respectful. My room was spotless and had what I needed. The location was clean too. Breakfast was a little sparse, mostly prepackaged sandwiches, and the coffee came from a vending machine.

We needed a room quickly after a mix-up with our downtown Denver hotel, since we were flying out the next day. I used my Wyndham points to book this airport-area place, and booking was easy. The room was clean and spacious. Having a 7-11 across the parking lot was handy, and the free shuttle comes every 15 minutes. It worked out well for us.

I’ve used this hotel on both of my short trips to Denver, and each stay has gone really well. The airport is only a 10-15 minute ride away, and the shuttle keeps coming throughout the day, aside from very early morning. After a flight, I don’t worry about catching it at a particular time because another one is back in a few minutes. Staff have been friendly and helpful, and they ask at checkout if I need an airport ride. My rooms have been pristine, with plush, comfortable beds and pillows and good water pressure. Getting to the places I’ve visited in Denver has usually taken 20-30 minutes, which feels convenient. There’s also a 7/11 and a dispensary right across the street for anyone looking to relax a bit more. I know where I’ll stay next time.

The rooms are basic, reasonably clean, and only somewhat comfortable. The free breakfast barely seems worth having. Be aware of the extra charges: parking was $10/night and the airport shuttle had $10 fees. I got nowhere with the front desk when I questioned them, so I disputed both charges through my credit card company and got refunded. If I’d known about the $30 in additional fees, I wouldn’t have booked here.
