Grand Hyatt Denver

I liked the view from the room, which was just okay. The front desk guy made more eye contact than I prefer, but he was polite and professional. What stood out was how sincere and accommodating the hotel employees seemed. It was the first time in a while I’d met so many great staff members who didn’t come across as if they were just being paid to act nice. I only asked for hot water and a small glass of milk alternative, and they were ready to go above and beyond for such a simple request.

The team made our son’s birthday feel really special. They decorated our room, brought him a birthday cupcake, and surprised him with treats while we were dining. They were also helpful with information before we asked, communicated clearly when we arrived a day late, and made every interaction warm. Grand Hyatt Denver is beautiful and in a fantastic location, and the whole stay felt easy from beginning to end. The kindness, service, and care from everyone made this one of the best Hyatt stays our family has had. We’re grateful and can’t wait to return.

I’ve stayed here more than ten times, and every visit has been great. It’s consistently welcoming, quiet, and spotless, with a great breakfast buffet and an excellent pool. Self-parking is easy, and the windows open a little, which is always nice. Nothing extravagant, but it checks all the boxes every time.

With three kids, traveling can be a lot, so the little family touches meant a great deal. The kids’ shampoo and lotion were much appreciated. Myla from housekeeping was especially kind and dedicated. Whenever she cleaned our room, it felt new again, and you could see the care and pride she put into her work. It made us feel looked after. We spent four nights at the Grand Hyatt, and the hotel made our vacation more special. Everything, from the bedsheets and carpet to the bathroom, was spotless. I’m particular about cleanliness, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were professional, the place was beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. This was a blessing during our trip, and whenever we visit Denver, it’ll be our home away from home. ❤️
