We stayed one night while heading home from a road trip with friends and family. Since the hotel charged for parking, we expected the cars to be reasonably monitored, or at least for staff to respond appropriately if something went wrong. In the morning we found a broken window on one of our vehicles. When we told the front desk, they acted as if nothing unusual had happened. They showed no concern and just said to call the police and file an insurance claim. They hadn’t told us about the break-in beforehand, didn’t call the police themselves, and made no effort to help. Later we learned at least three cars had been broken into that night. From the staff’s reaction, it seemed like a routine occurrence, not an isolated incident. When we raised the issue, we were told the hotel wasn’t responsible because of a waiver, even though it charged for parking. It’s hard to understand how they can charge for parking but refuse responsibility or even cooperate when vandalism happens on their property. The lack of concern, communication, and basic customer support was extremely disappointing. We wouldn’t stay here again and would caution anyone planning to leave a car overnight.

Front desk staff were courteous, but I was disappointed that paying for parking didn’t come with a basic sense of security. The hotel charged $16 to park, and my rental car was vandalized overnight on the property. That left me with a police report, insurance, and the rental company to deal with on top of the trip. They didn’t even say sorry for what I went through. If you’re traveling with a car or valuables, be cautious and avoid this hotel. They should consider better lighting, visible cameras, patrols, and clearer communication with guests about the parking situation.

The pool stays open until 11, which is nice, though the water is cold. There’s a hot tub, and the beds are good. The pillows are pretty flat. We had a fridge and microwave, and the TV worked.

The lobby was so clean when I checked in, and both people at the front desk were really friendly. When I opened the room door, it smelled so good. I loved the hotel and don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I’m not usually a breakfast person, but theirs was fresh and really delicious, and the coffee was fresh too. I hope I come back, though other hotels might be about the same or not.

Alicia and Lola made our first morning in Colorado feel so welcoming. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly kind, and their service alone would bring me back. The hotel is also super convenient for the airport, and wow, that was the best shower pressure I’ve had at any Hilton group hotel.
