We decided not to move to Denver in the end, but our experience at this location has sold us on the Amli brand. It makes moving to a major city easier when you can just search Amli and feel confident you’ll get top-notch management. The leasing staff here were professional, informative, and good people all around. Madison was the kindest and most helpful person I met during our entire apartment search.

When I moved out of Denver, they kept my security deposit and charged me extra, claiming the carpet was stained and had a strong pet odor. There were no stains and no odor when I left. It only needed vacuuming and/or shampooing, which I assumed the $95 cleaning fee covered. I sent photos showing no damage, but when I asked for proof of the alleged stains, they provided no visual evidence, just a low-resolution image with the carpet pulled back. After emails back and forth, their response was, “Colorado law simply requires landlords to provide residents with a statement of damages. Photos are not required by law”. If you choose to live here, be prepared to lose your deposit. They’ll find a reason to keep it. The pictures I sent are attached, and there are obviously no stains that would justify replacing the carpet.

I had some trouble with noisy neighbors having late parties over the years. The walls are thin, so I often called building patrol to handle it. There was also an unfortunate incident where the garage door came down on my car as I drove through. I hadn’t realized a car had gone in just before me, so future residents should wait whenever they see the door open. I lived at Amli Riverfront Park for five years and had a really positive experience before moving out to live with my partner. The staff and maintenance team were among the friendliest, most helpful, and most responsive apartment management people I’ve dealt with. The location was nearly perfect, by the park and river between downtown and LoHi. I could walk to almost everything, which was fantastic. The building got several upgrades while I was there, including hallway carpet replaced with wood flooring and app-controlled doors. The business center and gym were decent, as was the pool.
