Sentral Union Station

We had a really good stay at Sentral in Denver. The place was modern, spotless, and comfortable, and both check-in and check-out were easy. Our hosts were helpful and quick to respond. It's handy for Coors Field, Ball Arena, and the downtown bars. Getting a garage parking reservation was simple after I downloaded the app, though it was $30 a night. We'll be back, thanks!

The location has been really convenient for getting around downtown, and the building feels safe and well cared for. My apartment was clean, too. From my first tour through move-in, the leasing and onsite teams have been welcoming and responsive. Lara and Garrett made the leasing process smooth and organized, and everyone onsite has been friendly and helpful. I've had a very positive experience so far, and I'm happy I chose Sentral Union Station. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

I've been here more than a year, and the maintenance team has been the best I've had in any apartment. They respond quickly through the app and make things easy. Most recently, Jhon and his team inspected my microwave issue and had a new one installed within five days. Thanks to them for keeping things running smoothly.

This was our second stay, two years after the first, and check-in was terrible both times. We got there at 3:32 for a 4:00 check-in and were told the room wasn't ready, but would be by four. We waited while the management staff arrived to install a new reception desk top. At four, we explained we had to get ready and catch our bus to Red Rocks by 5 sharp. First we heard it would be 5-10 minutes, then at 4:15 another employee said it needed five more minutes for a management inspection. We finally got the keys at 4:32 and rushed through a room check and change before leaving. When we came back, we went to bed. The next morning there was a large clump of hair on the shower wall, so we both chose not to shower. We texted the help number right away, then waited nearly an hour and a half and asked a couple of times for a manager. None was available, so we checked out and requested one at the desk. They emailed the manager on duty and refunded half our stay, but the manager couldn't even come out to say hello. After two awful customer service experiences, we'll stay somewhere else.
