Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Downtown

I had to stay overnight because of a family emergency and a flight cancellation. The early check-in and late checkout were arranged without any trouble, and the room upgrade was a nice extra. Checking in through the HH app with the digital key was smooth, too. Breakfast had everything I could want, and there was coffee available 24 hours. The location is close to everything. I’ll definitely stay here again. Five stars.

I was here for five days for a conference and would recommend it 10 out of 10. The room and amenities were wonderful. I used the gym most mornings and really appreciated the breakfast choices. Every time I dealt with desk staff or the valets, the interaction was very nice.

We stay here when we come to Denver for Broncos games, since the location is ideal for us. The rooms are fine, and I think they’re in the middle of renovations, which should be great. Breakfast is fine too, and the service is very good. Valet parking is expensive, but Jarrett M is exceptional. The service we get from Jarrett M is the only reason we’re willing to pay for valet.

The hotel was decent for the price, but the pool was awful. My kids really wanted to swim, yet their eyes burned the first time they got in because the chlorine seemed excessively high. We told the staff, and the pool was closed for several hours. The kids tried again later and it was no better. Other families had babies crying from the high chlorine, too. We had a king suite listed as sleeping four. The beds were very hard, the full-size pullout couch didn’t really fit two people, and the bathroom had no vent.
