I liked how clean the hotel was and found the staff friendly, but I wouldn’t stay again. A month later, I noticed a $32.74 breakfast charge on my card even though breakfast was included in my prepaid booking. That felt shady, so I’m dropping my rating from two stars to one. Check your statement for incorrect charges. There were several other problems during the stay. The Wi-Fi was painfully slow, about 1 Mbps both down and up, and after I asked them to look into it, nothing happened. Parking came to roughly $20 a day, $18 plus fees, and guests had to use a clunky phone app that didn’t make it clear whether payment had gone through. I was left worrying about my car getting towed. They should include the fee in the room price and be upfront about it. The room’s PTAC unit rattled, the gym was supposedly under construction and missing about 80% of its equipment, and they charged for bottled water. For the price, I’d choose another hotel. I won’t be back.

There wasn’t anywhere to get coffee or hot tea at the hotel, and the only drinks for sale were cold. The conference room was freezing, too. I’m not exaggerating when I say more than 90 percent of us kept our winter coats on through the meeting.

The lobby looked clean when we arrived, but the rest of our stay at this Hilton was awful. Our room was on the third floor by an exit, and we didn’t feel safe because DoorDash drivers could come right up to guest floors and deliver at rooms without anyone stopping them. The whole third floor, including our room, smelled like a sewer. The elevators were filthy, with cigarette burns on the walls, broken buttons, and trash inside. There was dirt and debris on the hotel floors. In our bathroom, we found hair in the shower, urine on the toilet, and holes in the ceiling. For a Hilton, this was a huge disappointment. We won’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe hotel.

I’ve been staying here for nine nights every two weeks for the past several months. The service is great, and Rhonda and the rest of the staff are always ready to help. The room lighting could use some improvement, though.
