The breakfast was a great start to our mornings, with lots of tasty options, all fresh and well stocked. Housekeeping kept our room spotless each day, with fresh linens and everything neatly arranged. Staff throughout the hotel were kind, courteous, and welcoming, and made a point of helping us feel comfortable. Denver itself added to the trip too, with a great vibe and friendly people. We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Downtown Denver and couldn’t be happier.

For work and nearby attractions, the convenient location made it easy to get around Denver. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a practical layout and what I needed for a short stay. It’s a reliable, good-value place to rest after a long day, without anything overly fancy. I had a good stay and would come back.

We walked straight over to Ball Arena for the hockey game, which made getting there so easy. The motel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It made the trip feel simple and pleasant.

Erika at the hotel bar made our evenings so much fun. She was attentive, friendly, and probably the friendliest person we met on the whole trip. The front desk staff were nice and attentive too, and we had a great time celebrating the holidays here.

The room was comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, and I had a great view across the city. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Union Station, straight along Denver’s main street, 17th Street, to Glenarm Pl, then three blocks ahead after turning right. During rush hour, walking is quicker than taking a taxi or driving. Very nice hotel, I couldn’t fault it.
