The beds were fine and the AC worked great, but the room had a few problems: the window curtain had holes, the bathroom outlet was destroyed, and the roof outside the window was covered in trash. Luckily, the light still worked. When I arrived, the TV wasn’t working, so I called the front desk and got a kind of rude response telling me the power button was below the TV. It turned out the TV wasn’t even plugged in. The hotel itself was fine, but the room left some things to be desired.

We booked four nights and lasted one before checking out and moving to a much better hotel, the Holiday Inn. The room was filthy, with holes in the walls, a hastily patched ceiling hole, burn marks on the furniture, dirty sheets, and white stuff on the entertainment center. The lights didn’t work, the shower had no water pressure, and the room smelled of smoke. Staff were rude and extremely unprofessional. I showed them the room and asked for a refund, but they said they couldn’t give one even though we left early. This was the worst Ramada experience I’ve ever had. Don’t be deceived, this is NOT a Ramada. Denver PD said this is the worst hotel in the city.

There were a few good points: breakfast came with a fresh omelette, the personnel were gentle, and there was a free shuttle to the train station. But the place is falling apart and should be shut down and remodelled. The rooms were dark and dated, with creepy people around. I had to change rooms because the door frame was broken. Two colleagues had to switch rooms twice: one was smelly, another had nasty carpet, and the third had no AC. By then, they were too tired to move again. This isn't even a two stars hotel.

We didn't end up staying there that night and went to a different hotel instead. We’d paid for a king room but were given two full beds. When we asked about a king bed, they offered an upgrade to a king suite. The room looked like it hadn’t been used in ages: unfinished walls, doors that didn’t lock, and filth everywhere. We asked for our original room back and staff were rude and dismissive. No one apologized. They didn’t provide what we’d paid for, and the customer service was terrible. Sure, it’s one of the cheapest hotels in the area, but it isn’t worth the price. I’d rather sleep in a rental car. This was by far my worst hotel experience.

The staff were nice, and it’s the cheapest option in the area. Still, next time I’ll gladly pay the extra $30 to stay somewhere across the street. The old, run-down building and rooms had a bed with huge depressions in it. I have a bad back, and it ached in the morning. The AC either didn’t work or worked poorly, and we stayed in summer when it was fairly hot. Breakfast felt like a cheap imitation of a standard hotel breakfast, with cheap-tasting food, no fresh fruit, and no healthier choices.
