Super 8 by Wyndham Denver Stapleton

The people were friendly and helpful, and the service was good. The room, though, was filthy and smelled awful. The toilet and bed were dirty, the floor was filthy, and there was black tar all over the shower head. I had to buy an air freshener. I needed a ground-level room, so I didn’t switch, and didn’t expect another room to be much different anyway. The location looks like a war zone, though that’s the city’s problem, not the hotel’s. It didn’t feel safe, and the cheap lodging wasn’t worth the poor cleanliness.

There were bugs crawling around, hair in the disgusting bathroom, and worn carpets and chairs. They kept the $60 deposit, saying I’d ruined a sheet, but I hadn’t. The floor was messed up too. I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Don’t stay here.

The hotel felt safe and was conveniently located. The cleaning team did a great job, with everything smelling fresh each day. A comfortable, quality place to stay. I’d highly recommend it to families or solo travelers.

A rat ran around my room a few minutes after I got there! The place needs a complete renovation. The rooms are totally outdated, the floor made noises as I walked, the walls were moldy, and the bed was broken with a dip in the middle. There were homeless people all over the property too. Even with all that, they made no effort to give me a discount. This was by far my worst motel experience. They need to do better!
