Traffic was loud all day and night, so I couldn’t sleep. The staff treated me horribly and were incredibly disrespectful. I’ve worked in hospitality for 20 years and have never been treated this badly for no reason. Absolutely the worst experience ever, not worth a single dime. The owner should be ashamed of the staff.

The rooms aren’t terrible inside, but they’re old, dated, and not very clean. Outside, the place reeks of garbage and feces. It seems like nothing gets looked after except the bed, which I’d bet has bugs. There are cigarette burns on the tables and bathtub.

For an older hotel in an industrial part of town, it was good. The security setup seemed solid, and a security person walked around checking that things were okay. The gentleman who checked us in at night was pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond for us.

The night shift guy was freaking awesome, but the daytime staff were ignorant and rude. The woman wouldn’t give me even a minute past checkout, despite some sites listing noon checkout. She wouldn’t work with me at all, even in emergency situations, which is sad because sometimes you need a little more time to get money. I would have stayed for weeks, but the way she acts is a shame. I told her I was packing and she gave me five minutes. She needs to learn customer service, or leave work that requires dealing with people. I’m a nurse, and you have to learn how to treat people. The rooms are big, but weren’t cleaned well. My sheets had stuff on them, and a rubber band fell out when I pulled back the blankets. The decorative thing at the foot of the bed had skin crumbs on it, and the sink faucet was cheap and loose. The price isn’t worth what you get.
