The apartment construction is a real plus, especially compared with nearby buildings where the soundproofing is poor. I don't hear every little thing the neighbors do, and having a proper laundry room instead of a cramped closet is dope. The newer management team has made a noticeable difference. They're responsive, professional, and seem invested in making the building a good place to live. Management and staff have been fantastic. Ashley Union Station is a solid option if you want a well-built, thoughtfully designed apartment with good management.

The whole team has been kind and supportive to me, my friends, and coworkers since I moved here. I'm a Housekeeping Supervisor at the next door Hotel Indigo, and after I moved in, some of my coworkers moved here too. Araceli the Manager and everyone else have been helpful in every way. I'm really happy to be part of this community and hope I can stay here for many, many years.

I stopped in to ask about the property, and Rosalinda was wonderful. She explained things clearly while also answering several residents' questions and complaints in the office. I watched her handle each one with empathy and grace. The office and lobby were very clean and orderly too. My lease has a while to go, but once it's closer to ending, I'll definitely submit an application.

I've been here almost a year and love living here, so I'll definitely renew my lease. Erin, the apartment manager, is kind and sweet, and she's always there to support tenants and help with what they need. Even during COVID and all the uncertainty, she helped things go smoothly and made sure the complex was a safe place.
