The Crawford Hotel

The hotel itself is gorgeous, with beautifully restored rooms and a reception area that has a great atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, the coffee was good, and the staff in the Cooper were great. But I'd choose somewhere else next time. For a five-star hotel at this price, I was disappointed, especially after a terrible night's sleep. We were near the bar, and I expected the noise might be an issue. The front desk said it was never a problem, suggested earplugs, and offered to move us. They warned the street side would be noisier, so we stayed put. All night there was a sound like a door clicking shut every 5-10 minutes, and people leaving the bar chatted outside our room before heading out. We booked for easy access to the airport train because we had a very early departure. I didn't expect that to mean being awake all night.

The whole visit went smoothly, from check-in through getting our car from the valet. Elroy was professional and really fun to talk to. We had a great date weekend at the Crawford: the location was great, the hotel was great, the room was very clean and felt luxurious, and the upstairs bar was wonderful. We'll definitely come back.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well designed, and the hotel has excellent hard product. Union Station also has plenty of bars and restaurants where you can use the Amex property credit, so there are lots of food and cocktail options without leaving the building. The location is a big plus: the hotel is right beside Union Station, and you can take the train from the airport and walk straight in. Staff were friendly and professional, and my complimentary welcome drink felt genuinely high quality. I also appreciated the free ice cream and coffee. Access to a nearby health club was included; I used it and found it very nice and well maintained. It was a true five-star stay for me, with great service and a fantastic location. I'd absolutely stay at The Crawford Hotel in Denver again.

Restaurants and bars are plentiful nearby, and the location is fantastic. Service was great, with a digital concierge getting in touch before check-in. We also appreciated the free Lyft rides, ice cream, and coffee. The gym is in the basement and pretty basic, and the internet could be better. We stayed for a short winter weekend in Denver and loved the hotel's rustic feel. It feels luxurious while being part of the train station, yet the lobby is tucked away through a side entrance and is quiet and secluded. We got a complimentary upgrade to a fourth-floor room and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and high ceiling. The room is simple, but had everything we needed, including a view of the plaza.
